Managing Director and head climber
Matt has over 25 years of experience in the tree surgery business. He established MJC Tree Surgeons Ltd in 2002, which became a limited company in 2003.

Carol overseas the operations of the business on a day to day basis and liaises with clients & colleagues to ensure that all jobs are booked in correctly. Carol has extensive knowledge of the the business and trss surgery and like everyone at MJC aims to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations at all times
As office manager Jade essentially ensures the smooth running of the office she manages the team of our staff whilst also looking after accounts and payroll..
