Managing Director

Matt has over 30 years of experience in the tree surgery business. He established MJC Tree Surgeons Ltd in 2002, which became a limited company in 2003. With his wealth of knowledge he can carry out most types of tree work.

Matt's qualifications include:

Royal Forestry Society Certificate in Arboriculture

NVQ Level 2 in Forestry

CS30 Maintain the chainsaw

“The work was at a school. Mitch liaised with the caretaker directly and organised access and dates. On arrival we had a discussion and an additional tree required removing (due to it being dead) which did not cause any issues with costs.''

Very good communication with the boss. Very reasonable prices for the amount of work done with specialist equipment used. Also professional knowledge of anything growing !!!

The job took far less time than I imagined, less than 2 hours. They were very professional, courteous and tidied up beautifully as they said they would. They applied to the council for me, for permission to undertake the tree works. Very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again, in fact I will be asking them to replant some trees which I need to do.
